The St. Laurent Adult Hockey League (SAHL) is a volunteer organization that organizes and conducts activities related to ice hockey at the adult house league level for players age 40 years and over. The games are played at the St. Laurent Complex at  525 Coté St, Ottawa, ON K1K 0Z8

The objectives of the SAHL are to improve hockey skills, develop teamwork, encourage good sportsmanship, and provide fun and excitement for all participants.
