The St.Laurent Adult Hockey League (SAHL) is a volunteer organization that organizes and conducts activities related to ice hockey at the adult house league level. The objectives of the SAHL are to improve hockey skills, develop teamwork, encourage good sportsmanship, and provide fun and excitement for all participants.
