What a league!  I think this is the best league in town.  However, this week the commish has observed three things:

1) This is a friendly legaue.  This means NO body contact. Going forward if the commish sees aggresive play between players and the refs does not call them, then the commish will review the tape and make any necessary calls (which might be a suspension). This means the refs will be watching  McCormack, Herbers, Hoekstra and Rudge going forward. 

2) Line changes. The commish will be sending a memo to each of the GMs about line changes. It seems all teams are not following the proper line change protocol.  This is a small gym, but yet players are changing way to soon. 

3) We are having problems getting refs for each game.  We are a Non-profit league.  Which means the league is all about the players.  We have been having problems getting each of the teams to put up players to ref.  Thankfully, players have stuck around to help out.  To be successful, we all have to play our part into making our league successful.
