| Well, it looks like it is going to go down to the wire again this year. With only one regular season set of weekend games remaining, the league has the Blues, Blackjacks and the Red Army all fighting for the last playoff spot. It should make for an exciting ending.
After this weekend, only the Blues and the Blackjacks are forced to make a trade to get their clubs under the league salary cap of $32M. Given that both teams are still fighting for the last playoff spot, the GMs have to play their cards carefully in making the right move for their club. These trades could be a big factor is whether or not their club makes the playoffs.
The trade deadline is February 10th at 12 noon (MST). All trades must be made prior to that date and time.
