Money trades Mark Holden to the Buzz for Clarence Chai.
Conditions:
-1 pitcher of beer to be provided to the Buzz;
-If Mark Holden finishes in the top 3 of league scoring, a 2nd round draft selection (2005) will be provided to the Money from the Buzz; and
-If Clarence Chai is in goal for 4 or more wins with the Money, a 2nd round draft selection (2005) will be provided to the Buzz.
-If both player achieve their respective conditions, no swap of 2nd round draft selections will be necessary.
