Register - Find and register your team, players, coaches and trainer with the local Minor Hockey Association.
Sweaters - Obtain two sets of sweaters (home and away). Each Player must have a single, unique number listed on the Team List and retained throughout the season.
Ice Times - Obtain 1-1/2 hour ice times as described in the 417 League Home Page News Item 2.
Officials - Confirm that your Association has Level 2 and 3 Officials for every home game.
Team List - Submit your Team List. The League gets enquiries from players looking for a team, so send an Application even if you do not yet have enough players. Players with carry-forward suspensions from last year must be identified, including the date and nature of the infraction, and the number of games served. Players with histories of discipline problems may not be permitted to play until he or she has signed a Probation Letter. A Team may request that a player be required a Probation Letter, and coaches are encouraged to do so where they have concerns about a player’s willingness to play hockey without incurring suspensions.
