The league rules are attached as a PDF document below.

Every player registered in the league is expected to read, understand, and abide by these rules.  Appendix A - Code of Discipline will be strictly enforced to ensure a safe and enjoyable hockey environment for all.  The Code of Discipline clearly defines the penalties associated with MATCH, GROSS MISCONDUCT, and MAJOR penalties.

A key change this year includes strict enforcement of properly-fitted helmets and facemasks including chinstraps and ear protection - must be CSA-approved.
