It has been a while since the Canucks went the the championship game, and much longer since we won, 14 years to be exact.

Since I have been with the St-Laurent hockey league, I have participated in many finals but have never seen one this suspenseful.
After the first period, we where tied 3-3.
After the second period, we where tied 5-5.
First overtime decided nothing.
Second overtime also decided nothing.
The goalies Marc and Craig both stood on their heads to keep their teams in it.
At the start of the third overtime period, I got the opportunity to make a little drop pass to our top scorer Jules and he made no mistake in driving the puck into the roof of the net for the win.
He was awarded playoff MVP and deserved it.

Now we have the difficult task of defending the cup.
